2024-25 Competition Schedule

The 2024-25 Canadian competition schedule is posted by Diving Plongeon Canada. Keep in mind that things can change, so always speak to your coach about dates and attendance.

2024 Dive Requirements

Each Canadian age group has a set of dives that are required in order to compete at various levels (e.g. provincial, national, etc.). This document can help you understand which dives are required based on age.
